That’s why we practice micro-roasting—a small-batch approach that allows us to carefully develop the flavor potential of each coffee bean. Unlike large-scale commercial roasting, micro-roasting is precise, intentional, and deeply personal.
Micro-roasting means working in small, controlled batches, often under 1–2 kilograms. This scale gives us the flexibility to experiment with roast profiles, highlight the unique characteristics of different farms, and adjust for freshness and seasonal changes. The goal is simple: to bring out the best expression of the coffee in your cup.
